4 Hours of Gentle Snow Today

We left for a lunchtime walk and came back covered in snowflakes. It kept on until an hour or so after school pick-up. Silent, beautiful, and serene. It had almost all melted by 7 PM. It’s relatively rare here, so I savor it every time.
