Live Streaming of Church Right Now

A lot of things are shutting down at this point here. The library’s last day is today and several shops are dark and quiet. Schools are suspended for six weeks. Performances at Orcas Center are on hold until further notice. Island Market, Ray’s Pharmacy, Darvill’s, banks, the athletic club, and perhaps Enzo’s and a bunch of other places will be open on Monday, but every day has new changes so we’re living in interesting times.

If you’re at home self-quarantining or simply at home just because, Orcas Island Community Church will be live streaming the 10:00 service in just a few minutes. Click here to watch it.

How fun it would be to get a little peek into each family’s home as they watch it – if all of us could only be live streamed as well, and see each other gathered around our screens for the service. It’s fun to imagine.

Good job Brian, Jon, Ryan, Kimberley, John, Faith, Matthew, Kellen, Stephanie, Sarah, Brittany, and all who made it happen. It was so nice to still have church at home and feel connection regardless of separation.
