A One-Game Season

It was fun while it lasted – three practices and one game for Orcas Christian School’s flag football season. Then school at school was cancelled. It was our first-ever team game to watch one of our kids play in. His first team sport. I’m sad it came and went so quickly, but there’s a lot more letting go than that right now, so I feel fortunate simply that the sun was shining today and I’m now lying on a comfortable bed.
