While this movie has nothing to do with 4th of July, it is about the freedom of innocent lives – child trafficking. Make a mental note that it is showing at Sea View Theatre TONIGHT THE 3RD, not tomorrow the 4th. The rest of the country will be showing it tomorrow.
This is a subject that I feel strongly about and would someday like to go out and help some organization with in some capacity. An organization like International Justice Mission. Watch their rescue stories here. I first read about IJM after a man named Gary Haugen came and spoke to our church in Santa Barbara about how he quit his job as an attorney to start IJM in order to go out and rescue trafficked children. I read his book called Terrify No More and watched a movie called The Pink Room about how trafficking is rampant:
