Tribute to Nest

I’m going through old photos to catch up on annual family photo books and came across some pictures of Nest. When COVID hit, Cindy Morgan, the owner, had to make the tough decision to close her doors.

She never rested, was a master at arranging everything from flowers to open spaces to succulent nooks and crannies, and I will miss perusing her store when I’m in need of floral and nature-based eye candy. Hers was hands-down one of the best stores in town.

Cindy is still doing floral arrangements out of her home, from what I know, and I imagine that you can still contact her here.

Fern Blue Boutique is now in Nest’s place, so make sure to stop in and support the new business.

Final photo grouping is from Cindy Morgan’s collection on Facebook. Go here to see them all.

  1. Thank you for recognizing this unique and special shop…we will all miss it very much! As a long time floral designer, I would love to wander about this shop and have it feed my creativity!! I had planned to pop in and introduce myself once moved…but perhaps we’ll meet at another venue one day. Nest was, indeed, very special.
