Edee,
I so remember the tombolo. Mary Anne and I stayed at the inn just north of it years ago. I walked out to the island and later made a watercolor of it. Thanks for the photo memory
Russel Barsh lives on Orcas? I have been trying to find him for years. Any chance of you sending me his email or having him contact me on mine? Did they find anything interesting? What were they looking for? David M. Buerge
Russel Barsh is at rlbarsh@gmail.com and you can also find him through his KWIAHT site: http://www.kwiaht.org/kwiaht.htm
I believe he lives on Lopez, but he and Madrona Murphy come to Orcas all the time for their Indian Island research.
Thanks for reading the blog!
