Our washer recently did its final spin cycle and now sits idly by, awaiting the truck that will haul it away. That means I paid a visit to the laundromat at Country Corner. What a lovely experience! There’s just something fulfilling about getting four home-size loads of laundry done in one gigantic washer, in just 30 minutes. These things are brand new too! I sat there watching the clothes flip around in circles, realizing how much water our old washer used per load and how inefficient it was at moving and spinning the clothes compared to these beauties. Even better was the five-minute walk down the road to stunning Crescent Beach for a few delightful minutes of sunshine before heading back. I highly recommend it!
