Tonight our church had a presentation and Q & A session about a film called Bono & Eugene Peterson: The Psalms. You probably know of Bono, lead singer of U2. If you’ve read The Message, a translation of the bible in contemporary language, then you know of its author, Eugene Peterson.

The film’s producer, W. David O. Taylor – pastor, theologian, author, and Associate Professor at Fuller Seminary – was present tonight to describe and discuss the fim’s process. He will be giving the sermon at Orcas Island Community Church tomorrow at the 9:00 and 10:45 services.
