Here’s a look back at a sight we hadn’t ever seen until COVID happened. I put off an MRI in March, but decided it was pretty essential after a few months (everything turned out okay). So in May, I found myself on a near-empty ferry to the mainland.
At the time, you could only go upstairs to use the bathroom or stretch your legs for a short time. I did a few circles around “the track” while taking photos of the unusual scene before going back down below.
Today, things are different. Ferries are quite full, and people can go upstairs. But that beautiful yet lonely morning was straight out of The Twilight Zone.
