A KIXP Interview with Brian Leonard Tomorrow Morning at 10 AM

Listen to 102.3 FM KIXP either on your radio or online at kixp.org and press the play button at 10 AM to hear an interview with Brian Leonard, who consults with theme parks, museums, zoos, and aquariums, and manages the creative development for their projects – “architects, graphic designers, writers, composers, painters, sculptors, fabricators, contractors, and everything that it takes to create an amazing guest experience for a really compelling brand.” He is very project-specific, going to one project in one part of the country or the world, and when that one is done, he goes somewhere else. For example, he lived in Abu Dhabi for three years while working on the world’s largest aquarium, and he’s currently working on the National Geographic Museum of Exploration in downtown Washington, D.C. Brian also has a few fun inventions he dreamed up – the Stiffy (a rod holder stabilizer while fishing) and the Ferry Fate Ball sold in stores locally (think Magic 8 Ball but for drivers waiting in line for the ferry, wondering if and when they’ll be able to board the boat).
