Lynda works in a variety of media that includes ink, resin, wood and metal. Her paintings range from abstract to stylized. Subjects include landscapes, flowers, birds and whimsical sea creatures. Her live-edge furniture is made from native, salvaged wood. Tables and benches highlight the wood’s dramatic grain and form. Finished pieces are often mounted on custom steel bases, created to compliment the wood. Lynda’s steel sculptures feature both abstract and organic forms, and many incorporate contrasting glass elements.

Edee, you live on magical isles. I always knew the San Juans were different, but all the studios you have covered these days and all these artists appear to exist on the Isles of the Blest. Is this where St. Brendan visited? You live halfway outside of time in a semi-mythical environment of mesmerizing beauty.
